4. URGENT CONDITIONS

8. REFUNDS AND PAYMENT CORRECTIONS

Payments made toward completed services or issued invoices are final and nonrefundable except:

• When Gauthier Mechanical approves a refund or credit in writing
• As otherwise stated in the applicable service agreement, maintenance-plan agreement, invoice, or written contract

Any approved refund will generally be returned through the original payment method when reasonably possible.

Processing times are controlled partly by the payment provider and the customer’s financial institution.

9. DEPOSITS

Deposits for future work are governed by the applicable estimate, proposal, service agreement, installation agreement, maintenance-plan agreement, or other written contract.

These website Terms do not establish a separate blanket deposit-refund policy.

10. MAINTENANCE PLANS

Maintenance-plan enrollment, payments, benefits, renewals, cancellations, discounts, service eligibility, and other plan rules are governed by the separate Maintenance Plan Agreement provided during or in connection with enrollment.

Website descriptions are summaries intended to help customers understand available plans. If a website summary conflicts with the applicable Maintenance Plan Agreement, the Maintenance Plan Agreement will control.

Submitting an enrollment form does not necessarily activate a plan. Enrollment may require acceptance, payment authorization, and confirmation by Gauthier Mechanical.

11. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND ACCESS

Customers should contact Gauthier Mechanical as soon as possible when an appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled.

Any cancellation fee, dispatch charge, diagnostic fee, missed-appointment charge, or deposit treatment must be disclosed through the applicable estimate, agreement, confirmation, or service policy.

The customer is responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the property, equipment, utilities, work areas, and other locations necessary to evaluate or perform the requested service.

Gauthier Mechanical may decline, stop, postpone, or reschedule work when conditions are unsafe, access is unavailable, required approvals have not been obtained, or circumstances prevent the work from being performed properly.

12. CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND SUBMISSIONS

You agree that information submitted through the website will be accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

You are responsible for information, photographs, files, descriptions, property details, and other materials you submit.

By submitting materials, you permit Gauthier Mechanical and its service providers to use them as reasonably necessary to:
