How often do reverse osmosis filters need replacement?

Why does RO water flow become slow?

Slow flow can result from loaded cartridges, low storage tank pressure, a depleted tank bladder, restricted tubing, low feed pressure, a closed valve, or membrane condition. Testing the system is better than changing random parts because several conditions can produce the same symptom at the faucet.

Can an RO system fit under any kitchen sink?

Not always. The filters, membrane, storage tank, tubing, feed connection, drain connection, and faucet all require space.
